Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with VibeDesigner Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to both monthly ($5/mo) and annual ($29/yr) plans.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available to first-time Pro subscribers only. If you have previously received a refund for a VibeDesigner Pro subscription, subsequent purchases are not eligible. The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@vibedesigner.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the date of purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. What Happens After a Refund

Upon refund approval, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately. You will retain access to designs you created, but Pro-only features (including unlimited generations and AI Preview) will no longer be available.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier of VibeDesigner is provided at no cost and includes 3 generations per month. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies to the Free tier.

7. Partial Refunds

For annual subscriptions, if a refund is requested after the 30-day guarantee period, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion for the unused portion of the subscription term. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at hello@vibedesigner.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
