We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and usage data (designs created, preferences selected). We do not collect payment information directly — this is handled by our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the VibeDesigner service, save your design library, send product updates (only if you opt in), and analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS EU-Central). We use row-level security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (authentication & database), Vercel (hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. You can also request a full data export. To delete your account, contact us or use the settings page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and saved designs are permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
